Purposes: to evaluate, complete, and service buyout and consignment transactions; to verify identity and ownership and prevent fraud and trafficking in stolen goods; to comply with secondhand-dealer, reporting, recordkeeping, and tax laws; to operate our sites and auctions; to list and sell items on our marketplaces; and, where you opt in, to send marketing.
